BODYSHOCK's Military PT programme will get you fit. Either that or it'll kill you (please consult your doctor before joining in). The programme combines stamina training with calisthenics (push-ups, pull-ups) and tree climbing, stream jumping, etc. No-one will expect you to do a 100 push-ups right away, or run 10 km right away. But by the third week, you'd better be bloody close! Just joking. What? We're not? OK.

Who can join in Military PT ?
Men and women and children from about twelve and up. You shouldn't be a total newcomer to exercise, but if you can jog 10 - 15 minutes at a stretch without dropping dead, you should be OK (please consult your doctor before joining in if you are unsure, or try it at home first!!). If you want to get fitter than fit, Julio's your man and PT's your poison!
Do I need any special equipment?
Only a 30 kg ruck, first-aid kit and... just joking. You don't need anything except gear that can get really dirty and running shoes than you don't ever plan on clubbing in again. Warning: You will get dirty. You might get VERY dirty.
Who's in charge of training?
Why Julio himself! Four years with the U.S. Navy and four years with the U.S. Army qualify Julio to make your Sunday lunchtime HELL. He's done the Navy Seals training, he knows the drills, he's a sadist. What more do you want? Have we mentioned that you ought to consult your doctor before joining in?

OK - so when can I sock it to myself ?
Sundays from 11:00 am until about 1:00 pm. Training sometimes goes over cos it's a bit hard to judge how long it's all going to take. But we promise we'll have you back in time for work/school on Monday.
