As already mentioned somewhere else on this terrific website, Julio spent eight years with the U.S. military. During this time he got to experience what it's like to be pushed to your limits. Now, as a civilian, life is different for Julio. He gets to lean back and push YOU to your limits. And luckily the woods around Schiffenberg offer a lot of opportunities.

And best of all: You won't know from one Sunday to the next what to expect. Julio is very inventive when it comes to PT (afterall he did the Navy Seals training programme). Sure you'll survive it, but do you REALLY know that when you're out there in the woods?! snigger

Oh, and watch out! Julio can sing. Just when you're wondering where to drag your next breath from as you jog, limp? stumble? along, you'll be expected to sing cadence. But it really helps! Noooooot. OK so it doesn't help at all, but it'll teach you brilliant English.

Afterwards you'll crawl home secure in the knowledge that you've really achieved something (a broken arm, trashed shoes, a ripped sweatshirt). Thank god for bathtubs and pizza delivery services, eh?
